The court would like to inform the public that it is not up to any of them to call this case closed, but up to the Court.

But whether Q's are endangered or not has no relevence to this case! Raf is trying to use sympathy as his case because he knows he has no other case! He is avoiding the actual matter of this case. Please, your Honor, declare this matter irrelevant and get on with the prosecution.

I have to agree I fail to see how the possible extinction of the Q's race is relevant to this case. If the defending party can not prove its relevance, I will have to scrap all comments on the account of Q's extintion case off the transcript of this process.

I would like to add that only one Court can be 'busy' with a case at one given time. Even another court may not intervene with the current proceedings, apart from things that are outside of the legal 'hemisphere', such as 'accomodations'. That is not mean, that's just normal in a Legal System.

I will *not* keep quiet -- I'm the evidence! I deserve to be heard!!  My species is endangered and YOU don't even care!  What kind of a justice system is this anyways?  I WANT A REFUND!!

If you get called forth as a withess, you can talk all you like, but NOT as evidence. Whether or not I care you're an endangered species is totally irrelvant to this case. If (and when) that matter is duscessed, I will post my view on the subject, but not in this Court. This is a perfectly normal justice system, you can only tackle one case at a time.

We have bailiffs (?sp) to forcefully remove unwilling evidence from the evidence table you know. And you're really pushing my patience... If you paid money to anyone to get onto the evidence table, the person you paid it to had no right to do so and was probably not affiliated with this court either. I advise you to seek it out with him/her. Since your presence, ON THE EVIDENCE TABLE, is unwarranted, no food will be served. You can get (free) food, just as anyone else, in the mess room.

Light saber fight? Doesn't ring a bell, but then again, my memory is extremely selective.
If you were involved in a [size=0]Star Wars[/size] act, you can be called forth as a witness and state your case there. However, that is up to one of the parties to do that, I can't interfere with calling forth witnesses.

If the two parties agree on settling this matter outside of the Court I will stop the proceedings, ofcourse. However, the proceedings needn't be stopped in order to to go the mess room and eat. In fact, there are pauses at regular intervals to enable to go and grab a bite (or two, three,...) or even sleep.
