I would have NO reason to forge this. Anyone who knows me knows that my conscience would eat me alive if I did something like that. And Jafar may be annoyed (and a little disturbed,) by Raf, but that's no reason to suspect conspiricy. This is an honest, unedited conversation. And I feel like the comments of people not even involved in this trial (*cough* Jason) should not be considered unless he is called to give his testimony. It should also be mentioned, that he was not in the aforementioned chat.

Well it seems as though your post has been edited, maybe it contained Star Wars references in it, or a statement about the truth of that conversation like the fact that it was forged. Also if I wasn't in that conversation then that means you have no proof that Raf was in it either!

Yeah I do. I have logs. I also have witnesses (though one is the defendant and one refuses to come here.) And actually, the part of my post that was edited said something like "And since Jason wasn't there, his thoughts of conspiricy are just his own, unproven opinions." Only it was worded a lot worse. So I took it out.

Maybe the logs were tampered with, you have no proof to say otherwise! Also we don't know if the edited part said that, and no one believed Raf when he said something along those lines, everyone judged him and said he made a reference to Star Wars!

That's because he DID say something about Star Wars. This whole trial has been about how I have presented evidence and witnesses, and people have defended Raf/changed the subject/tried to discredit me. I have to say that, Jason, as glad as I am to have you on this case, did you not say that you're only doing this because "Raf has no one to stand up for him :\"?

Yes, I said that, but its also because I believe him! Also I still se no proof that he said something about Star Wars, the only way you can prove that he said something about Star Wars is to get him to confess in front of me or Bob

No, you see, he DID confess in this thread. However, he edited the confession out of his posts. He probably thought all was not lost and tried to see if he could get away with this longer. And he does NOT have to confess in front of a judge or a lawyer. If he even mentions it in passing, and I can prove he said it, it counts as a full confession.

Yes but there is no way you can prove that! I like I said before that conversation cannot count as evidence because you and Jafar both have motives to get back at Raf, so therefore you both forged it!

The only way to prove it is if you can get this witness!

Except I didn't forge it. It's your (no offense) totally useless (because you weren't there) opinion, against mine. And, if CC will allow me to call a witness, I'm sure Jafar would gladly give his testimony. And, as I've said before, I would not forge a confession. It is a crime to present false evidence or give false testimony in court. I'm am fully aware of this. I would never break a law unless someone (or many people's) lives were at stake. As this is obviously no such case, I see no reason to infringe on such a serious law.

Yes but that doesn't rid the fact of you and Jafar having a motive to give false evidence! Also as much as I want to believe you, there is no proof that it wasn't forged!

And there is no proof it was forged either. "Innocent until proven guilty." I feel, that if that is the basis of the court, than my evidence will be accepted as true, until proven otherwise. Also the motive does not match up with the crime. Would you kill someone for stepping on your toe? No.

Also "Innocent until proven guilty" would also then apply for Raf which means he is innocent and you have no proof against him. I mean everyone knows that you can have the same name, font and colour of font in MSN so maybe someone used Raf's name to make him look guilty!

Except I don't hate Raf. And I HAVE proof that Raf is guilty. I wouldn't use false evidence. And you may be able to have the same screenname and font, but you cannot duplicate their email address which appears at the top of a screen during a conversation. And though this would not exist during a chat, no one's names were changed during the chat, or my buddy list would have betrayed their identity.

And not so long ago you were ready to wrap up this case and leave it to the jury to decide?
Anyway, since the case has not been handed over to the jury, additional witnesses can still be called forth. Be warned that if I find out any witness committing perjury, I will not hesitate to scrap their testimony and charge them myself.

You are not on court here at this moment. This Court is here to decide whether or not Raf is guilty of the crime you have claimed him to be. And yes, that is the basis of this court, as you should have noticed when this Court proclaimed Raf to be not guilty at the beginning of this thread due to the lack of evidence.

Like I said, it's not Rosella that's on trial, it's Raf.
