I don't know how big the game will be, though I suspect it will be a great deal larger than 30MB. (I feel your pain... my ISP doesn't suck, but it's still dial-up. )

I just wanted to say that a download manager program will help with your disconnect problem, since it should let you pause a download before you get booted/sign off, and then resume it after you reconnect. (It also might be able to keep track of the download even if you don't get to pause it before you get booted. And a download manager might be able to automatically reconnect and resume, if you really wanted to do that.) Or you could download Opera, and get a pause/resume capable download manager *and* a kick-ass browser. (It doesn't do auto reconnect and resume, though, AFAIK.)

Or you could just get a better ISP.

Even when I doubt we will have "videos" per se (as in avis, Mpgs, etc), the amount of cutscenes is VAST. This game is very much like a movie

Why not? I'm on dial-up, and I've downloaded 60+MB files a number of times. It's a pain, but it's doable. (Of course, I'm hoping that Harrison and I will get free CD-burned copies from the team or something... (wink, nudge))
