LOL Dean! :suffer: ;P

We're actually right in the middle of evaluating team progress and planning the next phases of the game right now.  The team itself is also undergoing some massive reorganization at the moment.  We've also recently switched to a new groups communication site which so far seems to be looking and working really nice!  ;D

Anyway, once Cesar and I have gone through a few more things, we'll post a progress update.  :)

progress update? does that mean you're going to make an estimation on how much % of the game is finished?? ; )

there is still a lot to do, there IS that info obviously, we do handle that at coordination but personally dont expect us sharing such things any moment soon, everyone is far too busy with organization schemes, hr, and this whole movement stuff :P so our priority rather than go publishin that info is to actually manage to all the 8454975 things we must now, obviously.

When will you have beta-testing on the finished product and how can I sign up?  :>

Beta testing is within the team and its programmers, sorry. :( There are no plans for beta-testing but you can always try helping the team a different way by joining and helping in a certain area.

Yeah, a progress report shows how much work has been completed and how much is left, but of course it's an estimate since it's really hard to know exact percentages.

Also, like Say said, everyone's extremely busy right now so it might be a while before we can determine the status of all assignments, staff and departments.  8)

I noticed in the FAQ that it was changed to 2004-2005 from 2004 -- (rats I was hoping it would be released before the new year in 2005  :(

  When will it be released?

Game production is slowed because for all of us this is a part-time project. We spend our full time either in school or at work, which limits the amount of time we are able to spend on the project. Because we only started production recently, we hope to release King's Quest IX sometime in 2004-2005. We know many fans we're hoping for sooner but because of the scope of the game, and the amount of detail it will contain we cannot promise any sooner.

Thanks!  I didn't think anyone notices when I make small updates. ;P  I didn't realise that was why newbies kept saying the game was coming out this year. ;D

I also updated a bit more info on that page as well as fixed some spelling & grammar errors on other pages in that section.  XD

I thought you were just doing what most of the big companys do, I added a year when I posted it on the Savage forum.

That was before I joined this forum.

Say

hey! I do notice when you do updates lol :P

KQ IX -- Christmas 2005?

Any hint of when we can have a full motion video clip with full color?
