Unsure where we will find him; My theory is that the ex-beast/king of the Isle of the Beast (pretty sure he will rename the place after being turned back into a man), replaced the archer statues with something a little less lethal, something that plays music as you go past rather than shoots arrows!  ;)

Not that I can recall :-\

Since it's a winged statue, it might belong in the city of the winged ones... we've been getting lots of arts from The Land of The Green Isles lately :S

As for the most recent fellow, I could be dead wrong, but the robe and organic-woodsy look makes me think he belongs in the Isle of Mists :S
Also, it's eyes should be glowing or something ;)

Storm, I was thinking about the grove that is right outside the exit from the desert. I seem to recall some statues there, I was wondering if this could be one.

Yeah, I figured that's what you meant... but in KQ7, one of those statues carries a pitcher, the other a cornucopia, and none of them are winged :-\
