Strange, last time I checked all the walls patients could reach were padded, to precent patients from hurting themselves (there was one particular patient who kept banging his head to the wall, so it was very necessary). He must have fainted from the acceleration.

Remember; apply trreatment to stablise any wounds that have been caused as a result of the fracturing before applying any splints (is it cold in the Asylum?, if so DO NOT apply a metal splint in a cold climate) Actually, do not apply a splint, HOLD the head PERFECTLY STILL.
With a neck fracture then ensure he gets to hospital A.S.A.P (a proper hospital, the Asylum will not do) as in a survial situation (as it is in the Asylum) a neck fracture will usually be fatal. Keep his airways open, remove any vomit by scooping it out of the mouth and ensure his head does not move (you could cause paralysis that way if the base of the skull is almost coming away from the top of the spine, that WILL kill him.)

Thank you for that extensive treatment procedure but I can assure you my medical staff is perfectly trained for such procedures. And as I've stated before, the injury he sustained can't be that bad, due to the padding.
FYI, it is not cold in the Asylum, the heating system is functioning within parameters. And the Asylum hospital ward is actually equal to a 'proper' hospital.

....heee, for a million I can get everyone free from the Asylum, I just wanted to point out that with more money I can do more (bribe guard cats, get better equipment, etc)

....for $13 dollars I can only get a few decoy dogs to distract the cats in order to create a possible escape for Cat..... chances are slim though
