my hair reached a lenght again I do like, I think Im going to try to keep it this way again

my hair is mixed up... so, its like... sometimes its a rebel and its ll curly and annoying and some others is just plain boring

My wavy hair might have looked good long, but brushing it after it was left loose (or even if it wasn't) was a torture, not only to me but to my mother's poor hands as well So I've always worn it braided... I wasn't the one to suffer for beauty even back then

And you wonder why I have short hair...

My hair's naturally got this funky wave to it. It's also weird in that the strands themselves are pretty fine, but there's a lot of them, so when it's short my hair usually has a decent amount of body. But when it's long it gets flattened too much under its own weight.

I also like having a length where I can simply just finger-comb it, because brushing my hair also makes it all flat. Besides, finger-combing gives it this kind of nice semi-tousled look, anyway.

I've got a similar problem - when my hair is too long, it tends to go flat at the top. That's why nowdays I  keep my hair at about shoulder-length, which also gives it a nice swing whenever I turn my head

Now I'm trying to pry my eyes open as I drag myself into the shower... and later - you guessed it - to bed

Right now, taking a quick break before I have to rush around for class and clinic.

About the long hair...when I had long hair, I began to hate it.  The only way it would look nice was if I spent thirty minutes in front of the mirror curling it!  My hair is very straight...has no ounce of curl in it.  So on the days that I didn't have time to curl it, it was pulled back into a ponytail.  So glad I got it cut!
