Since I have posted some of my worldy wisdom on the good things in life, I will add some of my worldy wisdom on the bad things in life as well;

1. People who have lied and betrayed you; I may not be suffering from this now but it has happened to me before. It wasn't that particular person's fault, however, as she was involved in rather dark and dangerous aspects of the world. In the end I got her back on the straight and narrow and I am her closet friend. However, at the time her betrayal was so perfectly excecuted that it was only when I did a bit of information digging did I find things were not all they should be.

I would continue but I am making myself depressed by reliving painful memories, so...I...err...will continue a little bit later if I can.

BTW, Cat, sorry, I know I don't know you all that well but please hold together. I myself have been through a massive period of extreme stress/fear which lasted almost ten years. It ended a couple of years ago but until then life was hell. I admit I have been destroyed as a person due to it but there is always hope for those that believe in it!

Hmm. I missed Koko's insanity worry post before...

Panic attacks aren't necessarily a sign of insanity... just a sign of a lot of stress.

You'd be surprised at how many weird physical maladies can manifest just through strong emotion.

Yeah...got out of class at about 5:15 because we had a flood warning b/c of Tropical Depression Ivan.  I'm not doing less, it was just that everything hit within three days.  You can't really prioritize when you have classes all day on two of those days and have to work on the third day.  But I survived the day!
