I've had to do that several times at my old house, actually. But at my current place I live on the top floor... I'm not that desperate. Since we share a front porch with one of the other tenants, I could technically go into their apartment, go onto the porch, and try going into one of my apartment windows that face the porch. However, I hate my neighbors.

I just need to make sure I don't pull something like that while Harrison is in Missouri for a week, or I'm REALLY going to be in trouble.

And I third the gripe about smokers. In my case, it's the bus station that's the bane of my existence.

Hmm. Nobody's posted anythig new here yet. That must be a good sign!

Anyhoo. Bad things.

We've had something like six flying insects appear in the apartment in the past two days, four of them just today. Where the heck did they come from? We can't leave the windows all the way open because of the cat, so that isn't it.

My mum has a brace for her knee, she damaged her knee when she was playing tennis one day $:-\$ , they had to operate, ever since she has needed a brace $:-\$

I think it was a twenty-four hour thing...because it's as good as new today. But I'm definitely taking my brace back to school with me...because if it decides to act up again during one of my 8-hour work days...it won't be pretty!

Random thought.
My cousin used to have a hawk(I forget which kind). It had a broke wing(or similar injury), and couldn't fly. Had to keep it in a cage.

The BAD: the computer at the B is infected with adware and spyware...and b/c it's so imbedded into the computer, it had to be sent off to get fixed. No clue how long it will be before I don't have to walk across campus to access a computer

The BAD: found another brown recluse today...first one I've seen in a month. Thought we had gotten rid of the infestation...
