The thing about melodramatic movies and games is that it's so easy for them to cross over into hokey and unintentionally comical if not handled just right.  When it appears like the game takes its subject matter SOO seriously, then shortcomings in voice acting and writing seem all the more awkward and pronounced.

This is EXACTLY right.  Melodrama can be okay if handled properly, but it is SUCH a fine line to walk.  Most melodramatic movies and performances fall into the trap of becoming unintentionally silly exactly BECAUSE they take themselves so seriously.  And in a fangame with amateur voice acting and writing, this pitfall is nearly unavoidable.

The King's Quest series have ALWAYS been my favorite games and I play them all every year I'm SO happy to see fans like me who, out of the goodness of their hearts, took the time to make this wonderful game!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY!!!! Good job team!! You guys are the best!

Melodrama? Melodrama!?! Considering the fact that THIS is the kind of melodrama I was forced to grow up with, I'll take [insert name] [insert trouble] [insert melacholical note] [insert trouble] [if melacnholy > tears then insert a hopeful solution else go to [insert name]] any day. 

And yes the bottle on my right hand does read pepsi while the mug on my left hand is for inserting it to my mouth. And since that mouth is attached to my head that is at the moment in pain, I have all the right in the world to claim this message as a product of drunken foolery.

Are you kidding? That's some of the best acting I've ever seen! It was so subtle yet powerful. I am moved almost to tears.

He screams: "I don't believe in anything!!" and the rest is just gobbledygook and screaming. It's the Jouko Turkka way of acting. I'm sad, since all the clips of his twelve hour long masterpiece "The Seven Brothers" were removed from Youtube, and all that is left are these first four minutes from his second masterpiece "Horny Policemen -a Domestic Police TV-series". The guy was even promoted to be the principal of Helsinki School of Drama where he had all the students stand around for hours in tracksuits and yelling at them until they broke down in tears. The results speak for themselves.

Thank goodnes we've managed to get over that period.

When we announce the release, we'll announce the final download sizes as well. The game isn't exactly getting smaller though However, there is a significant difference between the size of the patch that adds Episode 3 to the existing game, and the downloader that includes all 3 Episodes in one file.
