nawww.... deff not 18, besides there are not that many years between KQ6 and KQ9 (at least not between KQ6 and the end of Moe).

According to the timeline KQ6 started at November 1615 D.C. and Moe ends at December 1616 D.C

so, Alex had to be 19 or 20...   what a waste if he maries that early   (j/k ; )

Well, in theory this is a medieval type setting they live in...where getting married at 20 would be old, heck. Hence Valanice's pressure on Rosella at the beginning of kq7, where it's specifically noted that Rosella (and therefore Alex) is "nearly 20 years old."

KQ3/4 was shortly before the twins turned 18. KQ5 was a year later, so they were shortly before 19. KQ6 is six months later I think, plus three months at sea, makes Alex bordering on 20...so KQ7 wasn't all that long after KQ6 I imagine...also hence the marriage pressure! MoE...well, whatever. And now, as Cesar said, they have just turned 21 in KQ9.

So it's probably only been a very short time since MoE that KQ9 happens.  Like, a month at the most?  I wonder if anyone will still have stiff necks from being encased in stone.

I don't know how long it is supposed to have been between 7 and 8, but it's definitely more than a month between 8 and 9. I don't know exactly how long offhand, but definintely longer than that!

Considering that most adventure games take place and finish the same day, it shouldn't be that hard.

KQ8 takes place right after KQ7. It will be 1 year and some months between KQ8 and KQ9
