Which order to read Four Winds/play episodes?

Hello,

Do I read an issue of Four Winds before or after playing the episode with the matching number?

e.g. Option A
* Play Kings Quest 1-8
* Read Four Winds Issue 1
* Play TSL Episode 1
* Read FW 2
* Play TSL Episode 2
..

or option B

* Play Kings Quest 1-8
* Play TSL Episode 1
* Read Four Winds Issue 1
* Play TSL Episode 2
* Read FW 2
...

I think it's option A, just want to avoid spoilers.

Also, is it possible to get an issue of FW in a single document (PDF?) so I can read it away from the computer? I could do it myself using the web pages, just checking it hasn't already been done.

Hi kwill,

All of the Four Winds articles take place before the start of the game (in an 'in-game date' sense). We organized them into issues which are somewhat related to the topics that come up in each Episode. For example, an article about the Isle of Wonder appeared in Issue 2, which we published on the website before Episode 2--which featured the Isle of Wonder.

So really you can read any of the articles whenever you like, but the "ideal" way is to read Issue 1 before Episode 1, Issue 2 before Episode 2, etc.

Also, your download should contain a PDF version of the Four Winds that you can print out if you like.

It's a good idea to read the version that's posted in the game (on the bulletin board on the Four Winds building).
