Its not just the moving thing. Yesterday I was trying to add more stuff to my sig and it wouldn't remember a lot of it. Once a square popped out of nowhere in my sig.

It's something to do with the character limit. It says you have 140+ left, but I think when you use ' and ", they convert into HTML entities: ' and " respectively. In other words, they take up 6 times the number characters each. $:-\$
