Hi!
so i have try many things, including putting pees in my ears, but i can't find how to make her stop screaming. I assume it has something to do with the shell (little mermaid style, steal her voice and all that), but it doesn't work.
so pleaaase, help me... (btw, I'm French, so I apologise for all the language errors)

Vague hint:
There's another object you can use here.  Something that's mentioned in one of the books as being capable of taking someone's breath away.
Obvious hint:
It's the nightshade flower from the Isle of the Sacred Mountain.
Also I love that you tried/thought of putting peas in your ears! XD

I think the real tricky part here is that...
players don't realize the action needs to be done when she is already screaming at Graham, thinking it is too late to do anything any more.
Sneaky indeed  ;D

Yea... that was the biggest hangup I had in the game. :P

Good thing there's Retry/Restore!

And Tess, really? I thought the
chessboard and zodiac
puzzles were much harder.

Yea, I guess I happened to notice all the right hints and they just seemed logical to me. With this,
I just wasn't seeing the cursor change and kept assuming that I couldn't do anything during the attack, and so kept trying to go down wrong thought patterns when I couldn't find a way to use the flower on her.
Ok..
I have the flower in the shell. She is screaming at me and I'm clicking it all over her but nothing happens. Where do I click the shell/flower?
Cez
you don't need the shell for this one. Separate them and try the flower on its own. You don't want to store her voice, just get rid of her.
I had trouble with this one because between my integrated video and 1920x1080 resolution, it got real laggy when she started screaming and I didn't realize I could do anything else before it was too late.  I played the game at 1280x720 from there on and didn't have any more trouble.

I just finished episode 3 and wanted to say thanks.  It was very good.  I did run into problems with it crashing periodically as others have reported but saved enough that it was only a minor setback.

I gotta say this part was very confusing simply because if you use just the shell on her the narrator says something like "graham wants to make the voice stop, not save it for later", which for me means "this inventory item is the wrong way to go". So i never tried it again even after i put in the flower. It's very misleading, imo.

Well the shell never does work on her, so that was a perfectly safe assumption.
