I don't know much about the new one. I just know that they're selling it, I think I saw it in a store.

I am an addict.

Here are some of my favorites, in alphebetical order:

Some are just good you know?

-Conquests of the Longbow
-Conquests of Camelot
-Egypt II
-The Dig
-Gabriel Knight series
-Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
-Kings Quest 3
-Kings Quest 4
-Kings Quest 6
-Kings Quest 7 (yes, I liked it!)
-Kings Quest Mask of Eternity
-The Last Express
-Laura Bow Series
-Longest Journey
-Myst
-Return to Zork
-Shadows of Amn...Baldur's Gate II (Yes, I know its an RPG but I loved the background story)
-Sherlock Holmes and the Rose Tattoo
-Space Quest Series
-Syberia
-Zork Grand Inquisitor
-Zork Nemesis

I haven't included text adventures but I could never get past the airlock (I think that's what it was) in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...something to do with a card and I couldn't figure out how to get out of there.

Rune,

I think you might have listed every adventure game made from 1984 - the mid 90's... but that's cool I'm addicted too... we should attend a meeting or try a 12 step program or something!

I've only played about 13 of those. I think you would be able to win those "Identify the Screenshot" games, easy.

It would be great if they had them but we'd probably all end up just sharing all of our favorites and that sort of thing :)

It is awful though..I mean I have TONS of games.  I mean literally tons.  I buy them when they get to about $10-$20...and haven't played half of them.  (I mean to believe me) Those that I listed just stick with me.

lol I never even realized that they were from that time period.

Yeah, I was looking at that Louisiana. :) I saw the first one right off and knew it was from Zork Nemesis.

Another bargain bin scavenger. I tend to buy used games, when I can find them.

That reminds me, I need to try that KQ1 remake.
