Help with scary Female "Druid"

Help!  Totally stumped on how to get past the crying screaming Druid.


Also - how to get the bouncing seashell from the checkers?


Finally - still stumped on distracting the guard dog...and I even tried to use stick in the mud and tomato.


Please help!  I am unable to do anything else until this is solved.
