I made it past the horse arcade scene and was able to get into the carriage.  I got the key in there, but when I go back outside, I instantly get killed...  So just curious as to what I'm missing.

for some reason, the right drawer has a really small area for me to click on.  i kept getting the message you get when you click on Graham

I got out of the carriage and into the tower. Closed the door but the monster corners me on the stairs. How do I get past the monster on the stairs.

Once again, vague answer.  hand cursor on the torch.  But he will come after you until you stop it at the top of the stairs past the 2nd door.

I tried clicking just about everywhere, but I don't see any drawers in the carriage... If I press underneath the windows Graham just smashes them and gets out... I've tried to up the brightness of my screen but I still can only see two sets of seats and 2 windows. Could anyone tell me where specifically these drawers are supposed to be?

They're pullout drawers right below the seats near the floor.

The drawers are definitely there. The following should answer your question. Only look if you completely give up:

They may not look so much like drawers at first. I had the same problem at first. They may look sort of like a decoration. Make sure you use the hand icon. From my recollection they should be beneath the seats and they should be rectangular. Keep trying.
