pawn shop is closed ( Bug) ?

well i guess the shop should be opened now after i have freed the butterfly
but when i knock on the door i got the owner must be out answer.

nothing works

the pawn shop is closed because you have not solved the frozen tear puzzle on the Isle of Wonder. Get past the snapdragons by having Graham whistle with the question mark cursor, pick up the leaf, use the leaf on the baby cabbage.  Return to the pawn shop.  If the owner does not enter the store, remember King's Quest 6 and go southeast to the nightingale, then go back to the pawn shop.  give the tear to the owner.
