I'm totally lost. I have the cured butterfly, the seashell, the sheers and pea. I have no clue where to go from here.

You need to pay a quick visit to the Isle of the Sacred Mountain and then go do quite a bit of stuff on the Isle of Mists.

Kind of like that new area in the village, it wasn't really there in KQ6 so people don't immediately become aware of it here.
