« on: February 22, 2011, 03:26:23 PM »
completely stuck and refuse to look at the walkthrough at this point. I have not seen a post about what I about to ask, so, I am an idiot and is probably looking over the most simplest thing.

Take a look at the books in the bookshop on the Isle of the Crown. There's one that wasn't there in Eps 1 & 2 that is of interest for defeating the

;Dhehehe. I finally figured it out..I had the right idea, just going about it the wrong way, your hint was exactly what I was doing, but, wasn't using the right item. Unfortunately, I give up on this game for now. :'( I finally get some time to play it and have technical issues that no one seems to know how to fix it, sick of it freezing when I change screens (random) after playing for awhile. I have a thread in the Tech forum but to no avail. I spent more time rebooting the game than playing at this point. I have a decent system and play high tech games on it and did not have this problem with ep. 1 & 2 so, not sure what is causing the problem. oh well, maybe someone can create a complete spoiler thread and tell me how it all ends on this episode!

The crashing issues are being looked into.  For the time I would suggest going into the graphics options and deactivating reflections and most importantly volumic lighting.  If what we think is causing the issue is happening hopefully the will correct it.  There is much more use of volumic lighting in episode 3 than there was in episode 1&2 so it might be causing the issue when changing scenes.

Let me know if this helps.

Yep, did all that already. No problem. I understand and still love you guys and the game, just might wait until the crashes are fixed before finishing, or, just take longer to complete it.  LOL SAVE SAVE SAVE.  LOL Wilco is helping me with it at http://www.postudios.com/blog/forum/index.php?topic=10282.0.
