can I finish the game without having ingrediants?

I'm at the carriage scene, and having problems. So I was looking around the board for help, and I seem to be missing quite a bit! I haven't done the voice or the salt or the moon (unless you count the voice as the banshee?) so, I guess I need to go back and do all these things?

The chapter isn't over when you finish what you need to do there. Just finish that and then get back to adventuring
