Okay I've now had ample time to play through The White Chamber and I have to say I'm impressed with what they have done with it.

Things you should know is that this title is a free game, and it is a Short game. Your first play through should take you about 2-2 1/2 hrs and that's if you take your time.

It is definitely not a King's Quest game but that doesn't mean it doesn't do what it does really well. You start off your horror adventure coming out of a Coffin where you're asked 3 questions. Once you answer these questions you start the actual game.  You should know that all the art is hand drawn in Anime as well as all the cut scenes, there is also a English and a German speech pack included with the game as well as 8-10 different languages to choose from, but only the fore mentioned languages are enabled with speech. After your first two play through you will probably be ready for a break because the area in which the game takes place is only about 8-10 different locations and these locations are reused quite a bit but this shouldn't be seen as a bad thing because it actually adds to the atmosphere of the game making you feel enclosed in this horror story. There are Eight  yes Eight different Endings so those of you who enjoy games that can end differently will enjoy this title for the many options you can kill, damn, and redeem your character.

I hope this helps convince some of you that this game is worthy of a download and at least one play through for all adventure gamers.

Enjoy!
