QuoteMy mother always says that in retrospect she should've just had dogs lol.
That sounds just about as bad as telling a child they were a 'mistake'.
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg

"You've got to keep one eye looking over your shoulder
you know it's going to get harder and harder as you
get older - but in the end you'll pack up, fly down south, hide your head in the sand.  Just another sad old man, all alone and dying of cancer." - Dogs, Pink Floyd.

Y'know, a doctor once told my father that he was infertile.  Before my conception.  The fact that I exist is evidence to the contrary.

(and before you start speculating, I would like to point out that I have a number of the same biological quicks as my father ... biological quirks which are not common in the general population, so Occam's Razor says he is my biological father).

Frankly, I don't think someone with the emotional sensitivity or grasp of language (where on Earth did you learn English?) you've displayed could even begin to touch on motherhood. For God's sake, just leave it well enough alone now and apologise without maintaining that you did nothing wrong. If you hadn't attempted the juvenile game of "Well, you didn't know this about me and since I'm not offended, you can't be offended either," I might not have bothered to respond at all, since you're clearly not worth the effort. As far as having intellectual discussions with you goes, you wall-of-text the person you happen to be speaking to, make random, often untrue assumptions (such as England being a socialist country) and generally seem to be far too convinced of your own infallibility. So please, allow me to explain to you that each person is unique and we shouldn't assume we all have the same needs, but instead try to accommodate them inasmuch as it doesn't take that much more effort or time. Instead of trying to guilt-trip me into not being offended (for I clearly am), you should instead simply apologise.

As for your claiming not to have known, I've been on this forum since 2005, I've been sick for two years and many, many posts of mine since then have stated as much (in the form of my being on a regiment of 30mg of oxycodone/day, periodically being hospitalised for pain management and having three surgeries in that time frame). If you're too lazy or don't have the time to read them, understandable though it is, as they are numerous, don't make random assumptions about people you clearly don't know. In first place, I cannot have children. In second place, most couples find it very difficult to adopt for both financial and social reasons, so you shouldn't assume they should be able to do that easily either. In third place, surrogacy is illegal here. So again, don't make assumptions. You do not know about my circumstances, but suffice it to say that it would likely be extremely difficult, if not impossible to adopt. Would you let someone care for a child if she spent most of every day high on narcotics and still had debilitating contractions that would likely lead to her dropping it a moment's notice? In any case, none of this is any of your business or concern. I'd have preferred it if you'd let me leave it at "I can't have children" and apologised. I am understandably bitter. It's amazing having so many limited options at the age of 19. You have no right to tell me I shouldn't be.

Sorry, but I don't read your most of your posts (I don't stalk you)... and I stick pretty much to the game related threads and KQ topics (I don't look up posters life histories)... I don't read most topics in this forum... So again I repeat I don't know anything about you... I'm not even going to bother to read most of your wall of text...

I'm going to leave it at that...

BTW, sorry, you aren't going to get another apology over a joke, that was never meant to cause harm in the first place... Grow some skin! Call this harsh, but that's how I was treated growing up... No you will not be getting my life story (or the problems I had growing up)...

Honestly this thread started out decently enough but as some of us expected it has more or less degenerated into something rather degenerate and useless.  I'm not really going to point fingers at anybody here, I just don't see any reason to keep this thread alive any more.
