[FIXED]Cutscenes Freezing (Category: Install/Setup)

I have a Windows 7 running system and I just installed episode 4 patch and the cutscenes with Rosella and Graham where I am assuming where the speech was but all I saw was Graham standing there and I heard crowds murmuring and clapping. Rosella just froze in places, the same with Shadrack. So I missed the whole first part of cutscenes in the game. But the recap cut scene worked fine. I have my screen resolution set on a lower setting because of a previous issue also. Some help would be awesome. Because I hate to have missed the beginning. Thank you so much.

Have you previously also downloaded and installed the Windows 7 patch?  And did you install the Episode 4 patch for this release or the full installer for Episodes 1-4?

I have downloaded and installed the Windows 7 patch a while back. And I downloaded and installed the Episode 4 patch for Episodes 1-3 since I already had the first three.

Try removing that and running the full installer for all four episodes instead, let me know if that works for you.

Reinstalling the whole package of games resolved the problem. Thank you.

This happened to me also on my laptop and my desktop. I'm currently downloading the whole thing. I run XP so it's not a system related thing I didn't have a clue why noone was moving in the movies. and why Graham did noting in his cut scene. *sigh* I'll have to wait another day to play it I guess T.T
