[FIXED]Characters missing? (Category: Install/Setup)

First I want to thank you for creating this wonderfull game. I love it very much!  
But I think I now ran into some sort of bug.  

On the Isle of the Crown at the market place I can hear the lamp merchant, but I can't see him or click on him.

Is there anything I can do about this? [spoiler]As far as I understood, I need to interact with him, to go on in the game?[/spoiler]

Also, Graham is looking pretty funny inside the Castle of Beauty & the Beast.

I have this EXACT same problem. I posted in the hints forum, because I thought I was just stuck in the game because I couldn't do anything else, but I can't see or talk to the lamp seller, or balloon brothers or whoever else in the market I need to talk to(save the clothes seller, I talked to her fine).

First I downloaded the episode 4 patch, but it would crash on me as soon as Graham would open the scroll at the beginning of the game. So I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the full build. Even with the fresh install, the cutscene at the beginning was wonky, as rosella didn't move, and I could only hear, not see cassima's cutscene, but I was able to play fine after that.

Some other things:
-At the tree in the isle of mist, I couldn't see the ranger only hear him.
-In the beast's castle, Graham was a floating wooden like doll like we see in the OP.
-In the beast's rose garden, the visuals were really slow and choppy, but would return to normal when I left the area

EXACTLY the same here. I just didn't know how to write this due to my bad English. 
I can send you a dxdiag file, but don't want to post it publicly here. Just tell me who to PM for that please.

Most people have been able to resolve this by removing the patched version of the game, then downloading and installing the full four episode installer to a different directory like C:\TSL or something like that.

Thanks so much! It's working for me now. I just pasted in my old savegame files, and I'm right where I left off. I can see the balloon brothers now, awesome.

I already did remove the patched version of the game and installed the full installer. For Games I have a seperate harddrive, so TSL wasn't installed at the recommendet path from the beginning.
Any suggestions what else I can try?

I finally found out what went wrong. 
When I deinstalled TSL it left some files on my computer and seems to have used them in the new installation as well. Now I deinstalled it all again, deleted every remaining file myself and then reinstalled it. And now it works just fine.
