[NON-ISSUE]Why can't PO Studios fix the crash-to-desktop bug? (Category: Misc)

I launched the full install version 1-4. I installed the Windows 7 audio/video patch.  No effect.
99% of the time I open the program, it does not show the "Phoenix Online" inferno anime screen, nor does the song that usually appears at the main menu screen.

Could you post more information about the computer you're using to play the game?  Like what version of Windows you're using, how much RAM you have, what video card you have installed in your computer, and how much dedicated video memory you have?  Thanks!
