Key bug?

I need help with the key... Is it supposed to unlock the door?  It just keeps saying "tis beyond his reach"

Also true - there are multiple episodes that involve keys.

I tried using the key from the maze on beast and beauty's bedroom door and it said the same thing 'tis beyond his reach', I've also tried using the key in the hole on the statue and i get 'why would graham try that now?" I thought the hardest part was going to be finding the key not using it. Please help!

You're using the key in the right place:

It does go to the statue.

But you can't use it there yet:

Keys need locks and the statue currently doesn't have one of those.  You also need to find the lock and use that on the statue first.
