Look at the scroll again if you need to remember their names, the story will still be there.

The scroll only says "this is interesting, not only is it showing me the ingerients I need to cure Rosella and Alexander but where to locate them"

You have to open the scroll by using the hand to look at what's on it.

And you have to be in the maze on the Isle of the Beast to see the hints.

I've now found that out, after a LOT of digging I got the lock but can't find the key. Could someone please post specific directions?
