Yeah you might try getting a driver directly from the Intel website, that may or may not work depending on whether you've done any direct upgrading to your computer since buying.

Updated adobe. updated amd. updated windows & microsoft, updated intel, and updated compaq presario through hp and got the latest drivers. I can confidently say that after this past week my computer is as up to date as it possibly can be. Is there a email list I can sign up on so that when a new patch update is released I will be notified? I am confident that we have exhausted all options. Extremely irritated with your beta testers for not finding this problem before the game was released. I played episodes 1-3 with no problems ater I got it up and running. So just let me know if I can sign up to me notified and then you can delete this thread.

Alright I don't want to be short with you but as of yet you're the only person who has ever reported this problem and hasn't seen it resolved via some update or some minor tweaking of the game's settings.  None of my testers ran into this issue at all, so there's no point in being "irritated" with them.

Honestly the issue lies with some sort of OpenGL compatibility issue on your computer, which isn't something we can force-fix with any kind of patch.  There's a utility here:

http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.html

Which you could download and run to see what it reports about OpenGL incompatibilities on your system.  It's fairly common that brand new drivers will have some unexpected problems with OpenGL which is why I sometimes recommend hunting down older drivers for some systems rather than the absolute newest ones.

Yeah after some further and more detailed research specifically on your system it looks like that particular Intel chipset doesn't support any version of OpenGL above 1.4 .  TSL requires compatilibity with at least version 2.0 so I'm actually surprised you were able to get the first three episodes to run at any settings at all.  Not sure what to tell you here, even if we did make a patch (which we're not planning on doing at this point as there's no major game problems out there that we would need to fix via a regular patch) it wouldn't be able to address outdated OpenGL drivers in any way.  Sorry!
