I re-checked your sustem requirements to play the game. I have XP with a 3.06ghz. Intel 4 processor and 512 mb RAM.  The only problem is my ATI Radeon vid chip only has 128 mb memory.  Accept for some lag time in loading new scenes, the game runs pretty smoothly until ep 4.  After Shamir, the cut scenes start and stop, but sound continues, so that they are out of step.  Assuming this is because of the vid chip, Is there any way fix this, because I can't upgrade video card.

Yeah shy of actually upgrading your video card to meet the game's requirements your only real option would just be to set every graphic setting as low as possible in the game and make sure your computer isn't running anything else at all while the game is playing.

You mean if I upgrade 512 RAM to 2 gigs it would help?

That and the actual video itself - both would need to be higher to help the game run properly.
