game crash at final blow

When Graham goes to deliver the final blow on the boat..my game crashed. Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm not looking forward to doing pandora's box all over again to get to this point.

I had a bug issue on that as well but the game gives you an autosave right back to that area again, or at least you should have one. Give it a couple shots!
