That's right! Infamous Adventures will be at AdventureX, a convention held in Oxford, England (placed called Didcot, not that far from the real Daventry) for adventure gamers alike to share their creations and other awesome adventure game related things. We will be presenting Space Quest II on the big screen and giving you the opportunity to play Space Quest II before it's released!

This will take place on the 17th and 18th of December so that's next week! So if you're in the area and can make the trip come down, tickets are £8 for the day and £13 for the two days. If you fancy coming down but can only make one day, we'll be more prominent and talking on the Sunday (18th) so it'll be great to see some faces and we'll be happy to answer any questions. Apart from when Space Quest II is coming out, I can answer that now. Soon. Very soon.

So, for more information check out the thread at AGS or go directly to the AdventureX website. Special guests include Chris Bateman, designer behind Discworld Noir and Chris Jones himself, the man responsible for AGS, the possible reason IA is here today. I say possible lightly, as if an alternative dimension we were to discover a similar interpreter but in all honesty AGS has done us well so that's enough reason to come down and celebrate that fact! If you can make it, like adventure games and enjoy a fully licensed bar at a venue then come down.

For those who can't make it it will be recorded and will be added to our Youtube channel not long after.

As for the IA members, it's just me as I'm the only native Englishman on the team but we won't be ruling out any future appearances together. So come down and watch me talk you through the design decisions of Space Quest II as I play through it on the big screen and then have a beer with me. I'm buying.*

*Disclaimer: You're buying.

Oh, wow, I didn't know about this. I'm at the other end of the country, but I'll try and drive down. Are tickets still available.

Awesome man, come down. Be good to turn this into an annual event. Always wanted an adventure game convention so this could be a good start.

Tickets are still available. Here's the link.

I better practice my swimming. I've got a long journey ahead of me to get to England...
