I can not find the Nymph. I got the flute and tinderbox. I talked to Pan and got the lute for the flute. I got the book of poetry. Is there something else I need to do before seeing the Nymph?

DId you talk to the new merchants in the market area of the Isle of the Crown?

I talked to the Merchant that sells clothes. I went by the merchant's tent that sells lamps and then the crown icon appeared and I heard a poof sound. The lamp merchant was not there and still not Nymph at the dock.

There are some other merchants near the Clothing merchant who you need to talk to before the Nymph will show up.

She should just be there with no requirement; I just opened up a new game and went straight to the dock and she was there. She sometimes dives underwater for a few seconds. If you go all the way to the end of the dock you should see her to your north.
