Prisoner of Ice...

Interesting, that game was such a disappointment to me.  I was so looking forward to it after Shadow of the Comet.

Thanks for the well wishes folks :) I do indeed choose to see it as a good thing and great opportunity.

Also, a directors LP of TSL once it's all done WOULD be kinda awesome....maybe we will do it!

Cool.
Let's Play The Silver Lining (Eps. 1-5) with KatieHal! ;)

Some interesting choices in there Mikael. Police Quest 4 is my least fav of the PQ. I would have probably have PQ3 almost made the cut.

I was debating whether to put Larry 6 or 7 in my list. But my heart is closer to 6, even if 7 is one hell of an adventure game as well.

I never finished Simon 2. I tried, many times. And Silent Hill, I was really looking forward to it when I played it, but ended up very disappointed.

I have no mouth, and Sanitarium I liked but not as much as I thought I would.

Another one that should have almost made my list is Darkseed.

I loved the story in Shattered Memories. Instead of being a straight horror story, it was more of a character study. Sex, puberty, relationship with ones parents... Those are themes that are rarely used well in games and I thought that Shattered Memories treated them with a nice ammount of maturity.

I love PQ4 more since it got rid of the melodrama of the earlier games. To me PQ2 was a bit too close to Miami Vice. PQ3 felt like an excellent middleground, but I still liked PQ4 better. It felt more like an actual investigation rather than playing a story with some investigation elements in it.

You know, I'm reordering my list one more time--I actually think Kyrandia 2 belongs in the top 10.  Kyrandia 1 might make the top 20 cut, too--but I'm not sure which other game I'd cut to put it in there.
