need some advice with pay pal

Hi guys i am not stranger to paypal is ive used it for years for paying for things but my girl needs some money so i had her signup for a pay pal but she doesnt have a bank account ive looked onlline but cant find anything does the bank account need to be internal or can it be any bank account ? is it better of i convert it her currency or leave it in USD/CAD?

If she doesn't have a bank account it won't do you much good to send her money via Paypal - then it'll just be sitting in her Paypal account not doing her any good at all.  Unless she's going to just purchase something online using her Paypal.

thats not the problem shes perfectly willing to open one but can it be a normal bank account or does she need to open a international  to deposit usd the problem is shes from china and i dont think paypal supports her money  although she did sign up for a paypal.com account
