MERMAIDS...mermaids...mermaids!

Here's a thought...I can't remember but has any KQ past or present ever included mermaids in it? It's been soo long since I played the old ones I just can't remember!
Mermaids are a great fantasy creature that could sure make a game more interesting.
I'm not suggesting that you all should go and sweat over incorporating a mermaid into your KQ9, but just imagine!
It is a theme that I don't think any KQ has used....an underwater sequence. Mabe Rosella or Graham could "swim" with the mermaids or turn into mermaids (or mermen) themselves for a period of time. The world "Unda da sea" has such natural beauty.

I'm not sure about the original KQ2, but Tierra's remake of it had a mermaid and an underwater thing.

The original KQ2 did indeed have a mermaid.
So did KQ5, when Graham was traveling to Mordack's castle.

I'd love to play KQ2 remake but I'm not sure if it will work on my computer due to how advanced it is (My PC).

How advanced is your computer?
IIRC, the KQ2+ remake is supposed to work on advanced computers as well, even on Windows XP

Yeah, it should be able to run fine on your PC.  You should play it, Peasant Girl!  It really puts u in a King's Quest mood!

Peasant_Girl, the new AGDI titles will AND will not work will on your PC. The game engine is fully compatible and any funkiness you experience will be within reason.  

On the other side of the coin, the game engine does not take advantage of any of the new features of a new PC or Windows XP. For example you can run at full screen but it will only slow down your PC and won't really enhance your experience any.  

I'm with Yonkey, play the games they will work on your PC whatever level it's on and they're lots of fun!
