I have trouble downloading: Tis in my memory locked and you yourself shall keep the key of it.

When I click to download it it brings me here:

I dont see it and when I click on the episodes. I dont see it there either?
Its part of episode one right? You get to play another character? But how
if I cant download the extra context?

Do I have to redownload The Sliver Lining Full Build again?

It's not part of Episode 1, it's actually an entirely different episode where you continue to play Graham (and one other character for part of Episode 4).  Once you download and install it you can start Episode 4 from the game's main menu.

The downloads page has two options - one for downloading *just* Episode 4 if you have the most current version of Episodes 1-3 installed on your computer (I'd recommend trying that one first) or there's an option to download all four Episodes as one big single download.

No, if you've already downloaded 1-4 then you have everything that's currently available.  Episode 5 is still in development.

Trying to download the full set 1-4 - stops and then it just terminates. Download directory says it is trying to download a file called "Unconfirmed 85641.crdownload", not TSL-EP4.exe

What Internet browser are you using to download the game?

I think that's Chrome. That just means that it's an incomplete download - the file would get renamed after the download completes. Maybe try a different browser or a download manager?
