Well, NaNois very much not about getting top quality stuff out--its goal is just to get people writing, period, since so many of us always want to write novels but put it off, make excuses, don't have time, edit too much too soon, etc.

Regardless, I'm glad to hear FW has been good for you! That's awesome. :) And good luck with the fanfic writing, too!

You can definitely do better. Never doubt that! :)

What's the right miso? ???
μισέω

...which is likewise the stem in misogeny and misandry... :P
Ah - I never realized the o was part of the prefix.
The latter is a neologism (well, sort of neo; it's from the 19th century ::)). If it were actually Greek, the meeting of the -a and the -o would have made it morph into something like "misondry", which is probably why you didn't recognise that it was part of the stem. :) The noun μῖσος is a regular noun of the O-declension, meaning the o is actually part of the stem. :)

Things will get better, Writer.  It took me a full year to get accepted for a job before I graduated.

- Writing in this thread.
- Still gushing over the fact that three of my Scorching Rays were confirmed criticals.
I have my cake and eat it too, until it's gone.  Then I can't do either.

Aww!  You have the Sword of Hugging +3!  All of your attacks deal affectionate damage!

-Really wants to get into MLP:FiM for some reason. But, I wouldn't know where to start...

-So bored that I want to write a purposeful troll-fix with a Mary Sue chasing after Graham, shouting "If I can't have you, NO ONE CAN!!!" and brandishes a sword and psychic powers.

Well, starting with Episode 1 is usually a good place to start. It's on Netflix. :)

I don't know why that show is as popular as it is. :P It's a cute little thing with morals, there are ponies and, from what I understand, it's a very fleshed out world. All that's fine, but I don't get why it has a massive cult following. :P

- Watching Dilandau's Lets Play of Space Quest 6.

-
Got done watching the Extended Cut Synthesis ending of ME3. Why does everyone hate this ending? I mean, the galaxy is at peace, the reapers are nice and helpful, everyone is happy and living great lives, your crew gets off whatever planet they were on (looked pretty!) and honors your memory, technology greatly advances(meaning the mass relays oughta be repaired soon) knowledge is unlimited... the only bad thing is that Shepard dies.
-not being able to bear teh krayzay lady character who is all delusional and out-of-touch with reality ::) (no, no, people have been shot, there's crime and terrifying abuse going on behind closed doors--but please tell me more about how you were abducted by the Doctor and have become "unstuck in time" ::) maybe you could shrink my violin so I could play it for you??)
Ok - this is driving me crazy. I am now caught up with the current season of Doctor Who, and I still have no idea what this means.  :-\

That's because it's about a crazy mother in Judging Amy who thinks that she was abducted by "good aliens" and so must raise her son to be a savior figure for her particular branch of alien-abductee-crazy-dom (in an episode where the other plots revolve around violent gun crime ::)).

(( "becoming unstuck in time" and being abducted by "good aliens" describes the Doctor's companions fairly well, IMO :P))
