-not looking forward to doing ALL OF THE GRADING FOREVER later this evening :-\
You is a teacher, chile. That's what you teachers does! :(
He's not a teacher, he's a grad student. :P And I suspect it's not that kind of grading. :P
I suppose technically it is two sorts of grading: grading C labs (bleh!) and grading in TKD and Capoeira (but I think I'm good for both of those... just gotta get my dobuk cleaned and pressed by next Friday )

Speaking as a  Southerner, Haids, it's "chil'", with an apostrophe. :P XD (Why, yes, I'm even picky about substandard diction and the representation of accents/dialects.)
Noli me tangere! Nescio ubi fuisti!
Don't touch me! I don't know where you've been!

Is it really? Wow. Then I guess Roberta was wrong when she was writing Celie's dialogue in Colonel's Bequest (which was my basis for my online accent), wasn't she?  :o

-Listening to the Tangled soundtrack. Whoops, it just switched to the Titanic soundtrack. So I guess we're on the T's of my playlist, are we?
-Sort of writing, sort of not
-Feeling a little overheated in my face, not to mention my scratchy throat. Grrrrrrrr. Why did I have to say ANYTHING about my iron immune system? With any luck, I'll kick it by tomorrow. That's what usually happens! **Crosses fingers**

When I took English in 7th grade, we were reading Driving Miss Daisy and one of the characters said "chile." I know it was spelled that way because the person reading pronounced it like the pepper. :P

Yes. So do two of my BFFs, one of my cousins, this guy I met this one time who gave me singularly the best hug I have ever experienced (and he's super cute too!), my absolute hands-down favorite bartender, plus no less than three... er...ahem.... models I'm a fan of. (Don't ask. I'm not telling you any more than that. :P)

And all of them live there without me, and it doesn't seem to eat away at their conscience at all. Inconceivable.

And Katie -- Austin is the only part of Texas I've actually been too. But it was amaaazing. Where did you stay? What did you do? Where did you go? Have you posted your photos from being there yet? I'll post mine if you post yours! (Though, really, actually, I don't think it's appropriate for me to post pictures involving that much alcohol so I'm not going to post most of mine. :P)
