My guess would be that Deloria's plan worked and they are in fact still together.

It's actually really awkward having broken up and staying in the same house. He's not really accepting it or taking it very well. He keeps hitting on me... I've tried to let him down gently and we went to a cat shelter this morning to consolidate our friendship, but he's still not very accepting or gracious of my decision. I just can't be with someone who constantly runs away from me.
