Our Kickstarter for QFI has gone live!  Check it out - play the free demo!  I'll be around more to talk about it, but check it out for now!

The game is reccomended for players 14+ - mild cursing and some violence.  Cheeky humor.

Played the demo for a few minutes, seems great so far - my only (anal) nitpick is that the menu bar icons from left to right are in a different order from the icon rotation you get by right-clicking.  I'm not sure why but it was a bit confusing at first.

As for the difference between profanity and swearing, profanity can take the form of words, expressions, gestures (such as flipping the middle finger), or other social behaviors that are construed or interpreted as insulting, rude, vulgar, obscene, obnoxious, foul, desecrating or other forms.

Swearing is obviously just language based.

Thus ends the lesson.

Thanks Weldon!  I never noticed that about the right clicking.  I never look at the menu bar!  I will have that fixed in the source today!

Thanks Katie!  Great ideas too!  The nice thing with the demo is that it links directly to the kickstarter.  That way if we let people know about the demo and the game, it is almost enough.

And to everyone who is enjoying the demo, don't forget that there are multiple paths!  

Bearing that in mind, and taking into account all the cool and funny extraneous interactions (more to come in the full game,) I would even argue that this demo has more play (and replay) value than your typical Telltale episode!

Just a little update--we jumped more than $6,000 today, and thanks to one mysterious $5,000 donating stranger, we've just surpassed our goal and are slowly climbing from $26,000.
