Not a valid Win32 application???

When trying to download the game from the Kickstarter direct email I get the following error message: "CognitionBackerSetup.exe. is not a valid Win32 application." Any thoughts?

Most likely you just didn't get the entire file downloaded. It should be 1.87 GB.

Anything more specific? I don't even get to the downloading point. I click on the link in the email, press Run, and then I get the error message.

Yeah you'll want to actually save the file and then double-click to run it after it finishes downloading and saving.
