Well, if I didn't know the answer already, I probably would have voted for "We will be using full 3D graphics", since they'll be low-poly as opposed to high-poly, and because we're cheating by designing 2D landscapes that look 3d, as opposed to complete 3d worlds.  

Yeah, I had a feeling it was a trick question, but I voted for the 3d bit anyway, for this precise reason.

I'm pretty sure you folks did mention it to the "general public" somewhere, though I don't remember where off-hand.

I specifically recalled the 2d landscape scene composition...which is why I voted for the "full 3d graphics" as false...so it's not really a trick question, none of the above is just a false answer

Well, it's still hard to say, because of the phrase "full 3d".  Even though the landscapes are 2d, they are placed into a 3d world.  If you had the ability to walk through walls or move the camera, you would see that the whole game is analagous to a TV studio:

A room in a house is just a scene on a TV show, and although it looks exactly like a real room, if you were able to move the camera around, you would see that it's not from a house at all, but rather a set.  So, if the question were "is this room real?", technically it is real because it physically exists for the actors and props to interact with... but it is not "real" in the sense that it is a real room in a house.

Ok, I have no idea if I cleared anything up, or just made matters worse.
