I hope I don't offend you when I say this, but it's true. 8/10 of Texans say Texas is(and it is the largest on most of our maps). I've had Texans argue with me about it. I think that Americans have too much pride. I think Southerners(as in southern US) are worse, and Texans are worse than that(I'm talking about the average person).

Do you suppose that a bit of Texas money was thrown around when they were coming up with those maps? "Here's 6 million bucks if you make Alaska shrivel up a bit. Kthx."
