PC not able to download game

Just purchased this on the poststudios.com website and downloaded the games downloader every time I run the program it gets to 18K and then just sits their doing nothing has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix this thxs

I believe you emailed us directly via the store and we were able to get this resolved, is that accurate?
