Hey friends! You may have noticed we've started a series of Developer Diary blog posts this week, something we plan to extend as a regular feature here on the site. Some links to our first two posts:

The Inspiration for Erica Reed

Becoming the Producer of TSL Episode 5

The Developer Diaries will go up twice a week (generally on Tuesday & Friday), focusing on different topics and areas of development and the experience of being an indie dev! Posts will be coming to you from myself, Cesar, and Adrienne. :)

We'd love to hear both what you think of these posts, and also what you'd like to hear about in them! What aspects of development are you curious to know more about, what would you like to see written about, what questions do you have, and so forth! We're here to give the people what they want. :)

Yep, I've been reading them, I'm not sure how I didn't make the connection from Erica to Agent Dunham before though :P

The regular schedule for these will be Cognition Dev Diaries on Tues & Friday written by myself, and on Wednesday, a rotating schedule of posts about TSL (Adrienne), the community (Say), and Moebius (Cesar).

Oh, cool! :)

I just skimmed Adrienne's first post (couldn't read it properly... *is quasi-working*): I enjoyed it.

Every word I read about Moebius only heightens my anticipation. Can't come soon enough!
In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Hmm... I think I like Rosella's older model better, assuming that's the final version and not just a sneak peak of what she could look like.

I guess I'm just used to the other one.

I prefer the new model. I love the detail on her dress.! I think she will look better animated with emotions.

A busy week of GDC and recovering from PAX made us a bit short on posts, but today's is up!

It's All Logical, where I talk about my sliver of programming know-how. :)

Great post, Katie! And yes, the logic does look that convoluted - and sometimes worse! Aaron (Oldbushie) has added in the ability to split a scene's logic into tabs, which makes it a lot easier to deal with. :)

Cesar tells us all about the Adventure Developers Party at GDC, complete with pictures! In case we weren't all already wishing we were there, attendees included Agustin Cordes, Ragnar Tornquist, and even Ron Gilbert!

I think it's a cute picture!

And among others, I wish I'd been there so I could've you in person, too!
