Yeah - I was sad when it was canceled, too.  But like Lamb said - they recycled the ideas into the games Tell Tale made... and that's that, really.

I do love Sam and Max Hit The Road, though.  I love it the passion of 10,000 burning suns!  That game is seriously funny, and seriously twisted.  I'm not sure I ever giggled as much at a game before that one.

You know, the thing is, I don't think any of the new games used any of the ideas from the cancelled game at all!

They did use some - recycled is definitely the word.  They took ideas and threads and molded them to what they needed. 

It's always easy to glorify and objectify something that never existed either - you can always think of it as "The greatest game you never played!" and you'd never know if you were right or wrong because you'll never play it.

I like to think of him going to a wagon parking-lot and checking under every single wagon in sight. Of course, then the player has to click 42 silver coin images on the baker to get the 42 pies...
