Stuck in the hanged man crime scene

I haven't got far and I've talked to everyone at least twice, precogged all that I can (except the paint), and there's no ipad walkthrough. According to the only walkthrough I can find an artefact is supposedly kicked under the shelf but there's not hot spot for this (after precogging the body and table).

Is there a bug in the game? There was a bug or two earlier when shooting out the padlock but I put that blue screen out (only showing fingers n gun) as a once off.

I'm sorry that you're having an issue, mm... It's been a while since I've played Episode 1 but if I remember correctly you only had to look under the shelf.

Hopefully either Katie or Wilco can help you out.

As Stika said, sounds like you haven't looked under the shelf yet. Once you've done everything possible on that scene, Davies will call you over, so that'll be the sign that you're done.

You need to have used your pre-cognition power on all 3 objects and then there will be a hotspot at the bottom of the shelf to take the artifact. If you actually do have the artifact in your inventory and you're still stuck, you'll need to talk to some characters in the room and see if any new dialogue has popped up.
