Downloading episodes 1-4

Help, I went to the store and went through the procedures to buy (for free) the episodes 1-4.  After getting my email and going to the download site I clicked on the download for 1-4 and only episode 4 downloaded.  When I clicked on the file that got downloaded it installed unzipped and installed Ep 4.  I thought I may have made a mistake and clicked the wrong file so I went back to the download site and all I could find was the one download option to click on which read The Silver Lining - Episodes 1-4. 

How do I get 1-3 downloaded?

Episodes 1-4 are packaged all together. If you run the game, you should be able to select any of the four episodes. If not, let us know, and we'll try to figure out what's going on.

Wow what a dunce I am.  Had I just run the game I would have seen that.  Thanks for the reply and I'll go sit in a corner and contemplate my stupidness.
