I downloaded episode 1 but it wont install and shows no install on the desktop

Try redownloading at a later time, or perhaps try a different mirror link in the download link you got. Our server has been a bit overloaded with the new episode launch.

Can you clarify exactly what's happening when you double-click the file you downloaded? If you're getting an error about it being corrupt, you may not have the entire file and I'd recommend re-downloading it. If it's just acting like it doesn't know what to do with the file and asking you what program to open it with, your computer lost the extension - just right-click and rename it, then put a .exe on the end to make it properly runnable again.
